It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to drive with any alcohol in their system.

The penalties are lighter than a regular DUI in that there is no requirement of a jail term.  However, the Defendant could have their license suspended for 2 years if they are found guilty of this offense.

An experienced attorney can mitigate or lessen the penalty on the drivers license and get a restricted license during the two year period.

The best result is no 2 year suspension and no minor DUI.  An experienced attorney can fight against the use of a Preliminary Breath Test to prove a Defendant's guilt.  Don't let the State try to get around the law.  Hire an attorney who can fight them and keep certain evidence out of the trial.

A Minor DUI can be a very scary charge both for the Defendant and his or her parents.  I know how to fight these charges and make the result better for everyone involved.

DUI/DWI

Arizona has the toughest DUI laws in the country. The State will try to put you in jail for up to six months, take away your license, make you pay thousands of dollars in fines, go through alcohol classes, and put an alcohol sensor on your car.
